Do you do any checks before printing?
Certainly; The designs you send are checked by us for suitability for printing in terms of resolution, placement, cutting allowance, etc., and if suitable, they are sent directly to printing. If there is something we can fix, we make the arrangements and submit it to your design approval via e-mail. This period is approximately 1 business day and may be longer or shorter depending on the suitability of your design for printing.
How do you send the invoice for the products I purchased?
We send invoices for purchases you make on our site electronically to the e-mail address you logged into the system. Since our company is an e-invoice payer, e-archive invoices are used instead of paper invoices for your purchases.
Can I return or exchange the product in case of an error in printing?
