If the file you send is suitable for printing, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered on the Website. You can cancel your order without any compensation before you receive this confirmation e-mail. To do this, you must submit your request using the form here or via the 'Customer Services' phone number specified on the website. In case of cancellation of the order in this way, the refund of the payment you made for your order will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method, within an average of 4-5 business days after we receive the cancellation request. It is not possible to cancel the order and refund the payment after the confirmation e-mail is sent to you and/or the file you send is printed.Return Conditions
You can return your orders, other than Printed Products, within 14 days after your order is delivered to you. There is no refund for Printed Products printed in accordance with the file sent by you. However, if a problem arises with these products that is solely caused by us, the relevant product will be printed again upon your request and evaluation and will be delivered within the time specified in the acceptance of the change request. We would also like to point out that if the products are reprinted for a reason caused by us, the product will be reprinted as approved by you and no corrections will be made to the document you send in this context. Used and damaged products, disposable products, products that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire cannot be returned. We are not responsible for any user-related problems in the designs you design or upload using our ready-made templates. To avoid such a problem, please check your designs before ordering. Do you do any checks before printing?
Certainly; The designs you send are checked by us for suitability for printing in terms of resolution, placement, cutting allowance, etc., and if suitable, they are sent directly to printing. If there is something we can fix, we make the arrangements and submit it to your design approval via e-mail. This period is approximately 1 business day and may be longer or shorter depending on the suitability of your design for printing.
How do you send the invoice for the products I purchased?
We send invoices for purchases you make on our site electronically to the e-mail address you logged into the system. Since our company is an e-invoice payer, e-archive invoices are used instead of paper invoices for your purchases.
Can I return or exchange the product in case of an error in printing?
